Our agents will answer your calls in your company name and according to your basic instructions.

 

Message taking service includes:

  • Answering the call in your company name
  • Taking the callers name, their company name, contact number and any message which will be emailed then texted to the contacts of your choice
  • Giving a brief reason as to why you can’t receive the call if they are asked
  • Modifying your settings or leaving instructions in an online control panel

Costs

Monthly Fee: £3 per month +VAT payable 6 months in advance
(This service is already included in our Super Call Forward and Super Switchboard packages)

Billing Method: You pay only for the time our agent is handling your call

For every 30s peak time (Monday – Friday 08:00-18:00 – excluding Bank Holidays) you pay £0.58p +VAT

For every 20s offpeak time (other times) you pay £0.58p +VAT

Text notification to a UK mobile phone costs £0.09
