Our agents will answer your calls in your company name and according to your basic instructions.
Message taking service includes:

- Taking the callers name, their company name, contact number and any message which will be emailed then texted to the contacts of your choice
- Giving a brief reason as to why you can’t receive the call if they are asked
- Modifying your settings or leaving instructions in an online control panel

Monthly Fee: £3 per month +VAT payable 6 months in advance

Billing Method: You pay only for the time our agent is handling your call
For every 30s peak time (Monday – Friday 08:00-18:00 – excluding Bank Holidays) you pay £0.58p +VAT
For every 20s offpeak time (other times) you pay £0.58p +VAT
Text notification to a UK mobile phone costs £0.09
