Live Receptionist Service

Our live receptionist service is a completely customisable addition to your call management system. Our team of UK- based operators will answer calls in your company name and work from a script defined by you where they can collect the most relevant data based on the nature of the call.
You only pay for the calls that you want to receive for example you may only want your team to handle incoming customer calls and filter out annoying marketing and non-relevant calls.
You can even specify named individuals companies or telephone numbers that you are happy to receive calls from and have our team politely reject all other types of calls.
The scope of the script that you define for our operators should be manageable within a 3-minute call however arrangements can be made for longer scripts.
