For example if you have a shift rotation pattern it is possible to assign the users who are going to be available according to their shift rota, and then initiate that plan only when the time comes.

You can also create plans for holidays, staff absence or disaster recovery. Multi User VoIP can also schedule different call plans by using the Calendar Based Routing feature in conjunction with Pre Loaded Call Management Plans.
