Now you can route calls based on specific dates in a Calendar. This is particularly useful if you run a Rota or Shift based system for your operators or staff. You can also create Hunt Groups or Queues which can be activated for specific days or for ranges of dates. You can also have specific call handling routines which are activated only during Holiday periods or periods of extended absence and the system will then revert to a Default settting, once that period has passed.
